At Aura Denim, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. However, if your product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All original materials (invoice, tags, gift items, manuals) must be included.
- Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery agent.
- Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints will be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
If a product is refused during delivery due to valid reasons (e.g., damage, wrong item), we will either:
- Replace the product (if stock is available), or
- Issue a full refund (if advance payment was made)
Refund Methods
- Mobile Banking — bKash / Nagad / Upay
- Card / Wallet — for online payments
- Cash — only for direct outlet purchases
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- If purchased under an offer, the refund will be based on the discounted price.
- If return is partial, refund will be adjusted proportionately.
Important Note
Please clearly mention your Order ID and tracking reference during return. Keep the acknowledgment slip as proof of return.
