- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock. In such cases, any advance payment will be fully refunded.

- We deliver across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners.
- Delivery timelines:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
